Paul Bou Issa is a Senior Technician-Site Coordinator at the Lebanese Center for Energy Conservation since 2015. His main tasks are to supervise the implementation of solar PV and solar street lighting projects, follow-up on the operation and maintenance of the completed solar PV, solar street lighting and DNI weather stations, participate in the NEEREA site visits and site assessment for new solar PV and solar street light projects, and assist with technical studies.
Paul believes that focusing on achieving goals and good planning lead to the best results.
Paul has worked as a Telecommunication Technician at Nokia Siemens Networks between 2008 and 2010 where he was responsible for the installation and maintenance of telecommunication stations, as well as for the installation and maintenance of UPS systems. Later in 2010, Paul joined the Oil Installations to supervise the different renewable energy and energy efficiency projects launched by the Ministry of Energy and Water including the installation of 2600 PV street lighting systems, 30 Off-Grid solar PV stations, and the distribution of 3 million CFL lamps with EDL and Municipalities.
Paul holds a Technical License in Business Computer from the I.P.N.E.T. Institute.
