The Lebanese Center for Energy Conservation (LCEC) as a part of the Cool Up programme, funded under the International Climate Initiative (IKI), is seeking the services of a qualified and experienced Consultant to update the National Cooling Action Plan (NCAP) in Lebanon. The NCAP aims to enhance the country's cooling systems, ensuring energy efficiency, sustainability, and reduce environmental impact. The selected Consultant will play a crucial role in analyzing the current National Cooling Action Plan, proposing improvements, and aligning strategies with global best practices.
