Using BIM as an Energy Efficiency Tool in the Building Sector- A BEEP technical Workshop

BIM for Energy Efficiency in Public sector-BEEP project aims at strengthening the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) - a process supported by various tools and technologies involving the generation and management of digital representations of physical and functional characteristics of places - to enhance energy efficiency in buildings.

As part of the ongoing BEEP project, LCEC is organizing a national workshop under the title “Using BIM as an Energy Efficiency Tool in the Building Sector- A BEEP technical Workshop”. This national workshop will introduce the methodology used in the BEEP project for renovating public buildings, mainly heritage ones.

The workshop will take place on July 8, 2021, including the following COVID-19 prevention measures that are to be taken by the attendees and by the hotel:

  1. The guests’ temperature will be taken before entering the hotel premises;
  2. Masks will be worn at all times during the event;
  3. Hand sanitizers will be available in the meeting room and public areas;
  4. The venue’s set-up respects social distancing.
