The RCREEE is an independent not-for-profit regional organization based in Egypt and gathering 17 Arab countries, including Lebanon.

RCREEE aims to enable and increase the adoption of renewable energy and energy efficiency practices in the Arab World. LCEC is a Board of Trustees and founding member of the RCREEE actively involved in most of its activities.
