The Future Energy Leaders of Lebanon (FELL-18) is a programme of the Lebanon National Committee of World Energy Council that was kicked-off in January 2019. The FELL-18 programme is inspired by and fully resonates with the Council's FEL-100 programme.
The FELL-18 is designed to inspire, grow and develop Lebanon's energy leaders of tomorrow. The FELL-18 gathers 18 young Lebanese energy professionals and connects them to a global network of future energy leaders through interaction with the Council’s FEL-100 programme. The FELL-18 also strives to connect the young energy professionals to the policy makers in Lebanon.
The FELL-18 is a yearly programme and members can be on-board initially for one year. The programme strives for excellence, commitment and diversity. Every year, each member’s participation is evaluated by the evaluation committee; if the participant is considered active and contributive, his/her term may be renewed for an additional year for a maximum of 3 years.
