Join the FELL-18 network of Energy Leaders! That is how and why:

The applicant to the FELL-18 programme should meet the following basic criteria:

- Solid interest and proven track record in energy or energy related subjects

- 3 to 5 years of junior management experience in an energy-related field

- Advanced level of English and Arabic

- Not more than 35 years old at the time of application

- Available to engage for up to three years

 

Interested applicants are required to submit a CV, a statement of purpose outlining their interest in sustainable energy, and two letters of recommendation along with the FELL - 18 application, and send them to farah.mawla@lcec.org.lb 

 

A selection committee of the Lebanon Committee of the World Energy Council will select the 18 young energy professionals to join the FELL-18 programme. 

 

By becoming a member of the FELL-18 programme, a candidate will benefit from the following:

  • Access to the World Energy Council Lebanon National Committee’s workshops, events and business to business (BtoB) meetings
  • Development and sharing of a FELL-18 vision with policy makers in Lebanon and abroad
  • Networking and business opportunities with the major players in the energy system at both national and global levels
  • Participation in the World Energy Council Lebanon National Committee’s training activities and getting acquainted with the latest technologies and global trends in the energy sector
  • Participation and shaping the programme of the annual exclusive Beirut Energy Week
  • Getting connected with a global network of future energy leaders through active collaboration with the FEL-100 network
  • Potential nomination to the FEL-100 network
  • Potential participation in the World Energy Council’s biennial World Energy Congress
  • Potential participation in other World Energy Council’s regional and international events
  • Potential participation in other international events, exhibitions, or study missions organized by the World Energy Council Lebanon National Committee
  • Building a professional network as well as interacting with senior energy leaders in the country and from across the world
  • Working on one of different projects and task forces identified or endorsed by the World Energy Council Lebanon National Committee
  • Access and contribution to the World Energy Council’s strategic studies and flagship reports
  • Contribution to the World Energy Council’s annual World Energy Issues Monitor
