Paul joined the Lebanese Center for Energy Conservation LCEC in 2015 as a site supervisor. He took part in the implementation of different RE and EE initiatives launched by the Ministry of Energy and Water including the installation of 2600 PV street lighting systems, 30 off-grid solar PV stations, and the distribution of 3 million CFL lamps with EDL and municipalities.
He supervised the implementation of 1 MW solar PV on Beirut River and 1 MW solar PV in Zahrani Oil Installations. He is currently taking part in the implementation of rooftop solar PV systems in public buildings in addition to solar water pumping and solar street lighting projects.
Mr. Bou Issa is responsible for the operation and maintenance of solar systems implemented by the Ministry of Energy and Water and the Lebanese Center for Energy Conservation, including the daily follow-up on the solar street lights installed throughout Lebanon.
